1.5 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup pumpkin purée (pure pumpkin)
1.5 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350F
- Add pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger to bowl and mix well.
- Add 1 cup of flour to mixture and combine. Continue adding flour about 1 tablespoon at a time until you have a workable dough. It should be a little bit sticky but not too hard to work with.
