Ingredients
Recipe #1
1 1/2 cups brown rice
2 cups frozen squash
2 cups frozen carrots
1 1/2 frozen cups kale
2 tbl hemp seeds
2 lbs frozen ground turkey
4 cups water
- Recipe #2
2 chicken breasts (you can also use minced chicken)
2 cup chopped spinach
1 cup carrots
1 cup squash or sweet potato
1 1/2 cup quinoa
4 cups of water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to crockpot
- Set it and forget it! Cook on high setting 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. This made 8 servings for our large German shepherds.
